DTZ to market Redrow’s Priory Court

DTZ has been retained to dispose of the former Redrow offices at Priory Court in Preston Brook, Cheshire.

Constructed by CDP Developments in 2000, the building is a two-storey self-contained office comprising 9,993 sq ft. DTZ is marketing the building on either a leasehold basis quoting a rent of £14/sq ft exclusive or a freehold basis inviting offers in the region of £1.7m. The office is situated near Junction 11 of the M56 in Cheshire.

Chris Lloyd, associate director of office agency at DTZ, commented: "Given the building's strategic location and profile to the M56, and the success of schemes like Priory Court and Abbots Park in recent years, we anticipate interest will be expressed from both investors and occupiers."
