DTZ takes office agency team to five

DTZ has made two new appointments to its office agency team in Manchester.

Rob Prescott has been appointed from Colliers International as surveyor and Matthew Wackett has joined as a graduate surveyor.

Prescott spent two years at Colliers and will help the office agency team on disposals and acquisitions for clients including Bruntwood, Urban Splash and CDP.

Matthew Wackett has joined the team following completion of his studies at Sheffield Hallam University. This included a year's experience working for Lambert Smith Hampton.

Rob Yates, office agency director at DTZ, said: "Rob and Matthew are a great addition to our teams and come to us with a solid agency background. They will provide our clients with an excellent level of service and work ethic; ideal for current market conditions. This underpins our strong position within the north west office market. Additionally, the appointment of Matthew Wackett as a graduate surveyor illustrates our commitment to providing the highest quality advice and service to our clients whilst harnessing new talent."

DTZ Manchester's office agency team has five members: Ken Bishop, senior director, Rob Yates, director, Chris Lloyd, associate director, Rob Prescott surveyor, and Matthew Wackett, graduate surveyor.
