DTZ reports Whitehills Business Park in Blackpool fully let

Errigal Developments, advised by DTZ, has announced that Keystone Court, Whitehills Business Park in Blackpool is now 100% occupied following the latest letting.

Integrated Fire Defence Systems has taken Units 1 and 2 Keystone Court, comprising 3,160 sq ft, on a five-year lease at £22,000 a year.

Tony O'Keefe, director at DTZ, commented: "In a challenging market we are delighted to have secured the final occupier on site, where all 10 units on the 16,200 sq ft scheme are now occupied. Integrated Fire Defence Systems joins occupiers at Whitehills Business Park including Travel Lodge, B&Q Warehouse, Derek Woodman BMW and Blackpool Honda."

Whitehills Business Park extends to 125 acres and is located next to junction 4 of the M55, approximately 2.5 miles south of Blackpool.
