DTZ reports Warrington industrial deal

DTZ, acting on behalf of High Row Storage, has sublet a 21,000 sq ft industrial unit in Warrington.

Unit B, Appleton Industrial Park was let to Francis Flower, on a new three-year lease, at an average rent of £3/sq ft.

Alex Smylie, senior surveyor at DTZ in Manchester, said: "Occupier demand remains robust in prime distribution locations such as Warrington and is demonstrated by this latest letting where the building was vacant for less than one month."

Francis Flower is the trading name of the Gurney Slade Lime & Stone Company. The family business, which was formed in 1953, is one of the major suppliers of limestone powders for industry.

Two further units of 16,000 and 27,000 sq ft with large yards at Appleton Industrial Park are being marketed by DTZ.
