DTZ reports Runcorn double

DTZ has secured two lettings at Astmoor Industrial Estate in Runcorn.

Manufacturer Transact Engineering has leased unit 29 on Arkwright Road, comprising 3,164 sq ft and Bebington Roofing has acquired 3,217 sq ft unit 42. Both leases were for three years at rents equivalent to £3/sq ft.

The lettings follow asset management work by DTZ through its instruction by LPA Receivers.

Alex Smylie, senior surveyor of DTZ in Manchester, said: "We are delighted to have secured two further lettings on the estate as a result of considerable hard work by the team and our client. The estate now offers refurbished units with very competitive terms and we expect to announce further occupiers imminently."

Industrial units are available to rent from 3,000 sq ft up to 25,000 sq ft on flexible terms.
