DTZ recruits asset manager

DTZ in Manchester has appointed Lauren Hanson to work in the portfolio active management team.

Hanson has worked at MCR Property Group and Hurstwood Developments dealing with investment portfolios across the UK.

She will be responsible for providing property management services to a variety of clients including pension funds and investors, with the ultimate aim of enhancing asset values through proactive management.
