Apia Regional Office Fund has reappointed DTZ as joint letting agents with Canning O'Neill on Sunlight House in Quay Street, Manchester.
Sunlight House is a Grade II-listed building offering 160,000 sq ft of offices, retail and leisure premises over 14 floors.
Apia Regional Office Fund is in the process of refurbishing the reception and common areas as well as the vacant office space within the building. The refurbishment will restore some of the building's original features whilst combining a modern specification to the vacant ninth to twelfth floors, which comprise 48,796 sq ft.
Sunlight House has office space from 4,000 sq ft to single floor plates of up to 14,000 sq ft from £16.50/sq ft.
Apia Regional Office Fund is a jointly managed fund between Aviva Investors and Warner Estates.
