DTZ hires from Bilfinger GVA

DTZ has appointed Sophie Magee as senior surveyor in its Manchester-based education, residential and investment team.

Magee joined from Bilfinger GVA where she worked within the valuation consultancy department.

DTZ education clients include Southampton University, PWC, Maplegrove Developments and DTZ Investment Management.

The team of nine is led by senior director Mike Mitchell and associate director Simon Lowe.

Mitchell said: “As activity levels and opportunities increase in the sector, Sophie’s appointment will add additional breadth to the existing team and help us with our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service to our growing client base.”
