DTZ adds to consulting team

The real estate services firm has strengthened its consulting offer in the North West by moving senior consultant Neal Riley to its Manchester office.

After six years working at DTZ in Leeds advising public sector bodies on the establishment of property strategies and the delivery of estate change, Riley has joined the corporate real estate consulting team at the company's Marsden Street offices.

John Keyes, director of corporate real estate consulting, said: "Neal is a great asset to our team, with solid experience of advising the public sector and clients ranging from Barclays, the Department for Education (DfE), Kent County Council and London Metropolitan University. His valuable skills will contribute greatly to our consulting services in the North West."

Keyes added Riley will be working specifically for clients in education, central government, local authorities, and the emergency services.

He will be involved in consultation work on projects involving Preston College and North Wales Police and Wrexham Council.

Riley is one of six experts in DTZ's North West consulting team based in Manchester.
