DTM moves to Plaza

Commercial law specialist DTM Legal has signed a six-year lease for a new office at the Plaza in St Paul's Square, Liverpool.

DTM, which has its head office in Chester, says the Bruntwood-owned property in Old Hall Street will provide space for the 40-strong firm to recruit a further 20 people. The office covers around 2,000 sq ft.

Julie Mogan, partner at DTM Legal, said: "Being in the bustling commercial district of Liverpool will enable us to service the rest of the city region and the Place is ideal, as many of our professional partners are now our neighbours."

Joint letting agents on the Plaza are CBRE, DTZ and Matthews & Goodman.
