DTM Legal appoints partner

Helen Nash has joined the property department of the Liverpool and Chester-based solicitors from her role as a partner at Knights.

Nash will be based at the company’s Chester office and work on development, regeneration, and infrastructure projects across the North West.

Prior to joining, Nash has previously delivered work on a project that dealt with section 106 agreements for a 300-home development, the creation of travel infrastructure, and required a £12m contribution.

Nash said: “The North West’s real estate portfolio is seeing a huge amount of investment, and it’s a really exciting time to be advising developers across the region.”

DTM Legal currently has clients including Anwyl Homes, Archway Homes, the Atmore Group, and FI Real Estate management.

Anna Duffy, head of commercial property at DTM Legal, said: “Growing the practise based in our Chester office is a key part of our strategic growth plan.

“Helen has a notable range of experience, having been involved in a number of nationally and regionally significant real estate developments and infrastructure projects in recent years. Her skillset will complement the existing skills we have in the property department, enabling us to grow the team’s presence across the North West.”
