DSG adds to regional office

Bolton-based DSG Quantity Surveyors has increased its growth in the region with the appointment of three more employees taking the team at Capitol House on Churchgate to 10 staff.

Adrienne Yarwood joins DSG as a senior quantity surveyor from the University of Central Lancashire where she was a lecturer. Yarwood will develop DSG’s seminar programme. Prior to UCLan she worked at Hill International and Charles Topham. The company has also a finance manager to establish the national finance team within the Bolton office and Marion Settle joins as office manager.

Bernadette Lord, commercial director and head of the North West region, said: “Adrienne’s appointment is a real achievement for a QS practice of our size. As a member of the chartered Institute of Arbitrators and with many years’ experience working as a specialist claims consultant she brings a real niche to DSG which will help us to achieve new clients and assist our existing ones.”

Lord continued: “As the largest regional office within the DSG group, it made sense to create a finance team in the Bolton office. In just two years this regional team has grown threefold and we have plans for further growth over the next two years.”

DSG was established in 2007 and has further offices in Coventry and Newbury. The Bolton office was opened in April 2013 and is now the largest office in the group.
