Driven parks in Alliance’s Wilmslow office

Property Alliance Group has signed media agency Driven as a tenant at its office building, Camellia House, in Wilmslow, on a five-year lease at £18.50/sq ft.

Driven was formed recently by ex-directors of larger rival BDH/TBWA. The firm will occupy a 1,500 sq ft office in the 8,500 sq ft building on Water Lane in Wilmslow town centre, south Manchester.

Ian Hunter, director, Property Alliance Group, said, "This letting is testament to the quality office space we offer. Driven has an exciting future ahead and Camellia House will provide the desired modern working space in a great location for a start-up company."

Canning O'Neill is the agent for Camellia House.
