Property Alliance Group has signed media agency Driven as a tenant at its office building, Camellia House, in Wilmslow, on a five-year lease at £18.50/sq ft.
Driven was formed recently by ex-directors of larger rival BDH/TBWA. The firm will occupy a 1,500 sq ft office in the 8,500 sq ft building on Water Lane in Wilmslow town centre, south Manchester.
