Downing secures lettings in Liverpool
Liverpool-based property group Downing has secured small lettings in four of its city centre buildings.
Recruitment consultant firm Blue Arrow relocated to Graeme House in Derby Square, taking 2,159 sq ft of space.
Reed Employment expanded its offices by 410 sq ft to a total of 6,146 sq ft at Victoria House following its need for additional training space.
Fuel distribution company SW Energy took 850 sq ft in Federation House, and facilities management and recruitment consultants, Chroda, signed a deal for 250 sq ft at The Portal within the Grade-2 listed Port of Liverpool Building.
Robin Ellis, senior agency surveyor at Downing, said: "We are attracting a lot of interest, particularly in our Flexi-Office scheme since we launched the concept earlier last year – the offer of a flat monthly rate without any of the overheads which can come with serviced offices has proved a hit with occupiers.
"We anticipate there will be a lot more interest in the scheme over the coming twelve months."
Downing's Flexi-Office scheme suites range from one person upwards and are available for one month upwards. The offices are available at Federation House, Victoria House, No 1 Old Hall Street and The Portal at the Port of Liverpool Building.
Stuart Downing was the first thing I though when I saw this article 😉
