Dorma takes two floors at Frogmore’s Universal Square

Bed linen supplier Dorma has taken 23,000 sq ft at Frogmore Northern's Universal Square office scheme in Ardwick, Manchester, for its new corporate headquarters.
Frogmore has refurbished and remodelled the 280,000 sq ft scheme, south east of Manchester city centre, since acquiring it in June 2005. Dorma's 90-strong team, previously based in Swinton, will occupy the ground and first floor of Building 5.
Universal Square has suites ranging from 200 sq ft to over 100,000 sq ft.
The joint letting agents are Canning O'Neill and DTZ Debenham Tie Leung.
