Doors open at Iliad’s The Eight

The developer has completed its latest project in Liverpool, with the first residents moving into the £30m, 120-apartment scheme.

Designed by Tim Groom Architects and delivered by Legacie Construction, the development is positioned between the Ropewalks and the Baltic Triangle and includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Savills project-managed the scheme, with backing coming from the Merseyside Pension Fund advised by CBRE.

James Chan, general manager at Iliad Homes, said: “A great deal of work has gone into delivering these quality and contemporary homes. This is a special development with a real sense of community and further adds to the regeneration of the Ropewalks area which Iliad has been part of for over two decades.

“We are proud of The Eight development. It is a major success story for Iliad Homes as we look to expand our residential brand even further in the future.”

Current projects for Iliad include a 190-bedroom hotel in its heartland of Duke Street within the city, for which plans were lodged in March.
