Director buys shares in Pochin’s

Publicly listed property group Pochin's said Michael Chadwick, non-executive director, has bought £9,600 worth of shares in the capital of the company.

The 16,000 shares were bought on Monday 4 October at a price of 60p/share by Chadwick, who was appointed to Pochin's board of directors in September 2005.

Chadwick now has a beneficial interest in 55,000 shares in the company, being 0.26% of the total voting rights of the company, and a non beneficial interest in 5,040,164 shares in the company, being 23.27% of the total voting rights of the company.
