Director Braithwaite in “fresh challenge” at Canmoor

Former director of Easter Mark Braithwaite is enjoying the "fresh challenge" as development director at Canmoor.

He is working with Canmoor's directors to set up a development and asset management industrial business in the North West from its Manchester office.

Speaking about his role, Braithwaite said: "Predominately, Canmoor is looking for industrial and distribution sites to follow its excellent track record in the south. We are also looking for good quality office sites, but predominately it is industrial and distribution sites. Anything from 5-acres and upwards."

Canmoor's property portfolio includes Eagle Park in Warrington and Haydock Cross in Haydock.

Braithwaite added: "It's nice to be in a fresh challenge and working on a new project. I think the timing of my move is spot on as values in the commercial property field are not going to fall any further and the reason behind my move was to take advantage of these opportunities."

Braithwaite joined Canmoor two weeks ago after working for the Easter Group for seven years.

He has worked in the North West industrial market for more than 20 years.
