Delph sticks with Braemar

The new owner of West Tower in Liverpool has reappointed Braemar Estates as managing and letting agent.

Investor Delph Property Group bought the 127-unit tower, developed by Beetham, from receiver Grant Thornton at the end of September, for a sum below the asking price of £12.5m.

Neil Roberts, managing director of Braemar Estates, said "The remaining apartments have enjoyed very strong occupancy levels and rental values over the last few years but this type of bulk sale out of administration marks an important step in the local residential sales market."

Elsewhere in Liverpool, Braemar Estates also provides management services to the 201-unit Alexandra Tower in Princes Dock where 140 units remain in administration with Zolfo Cooper.
