Delaney joins Aaron & Partners
Chester legal practice Aaron & Partners has appointed David Delaney as partner and head of planning.
Delaney advises clients on issues arising on nationally significant planning projects such as wind farms, housing development schemes, retail developments and compulsory purchase matters.
He also advises on other planning and development related issues and is an expert on town and village green law.
A member of the Compulsory Purchase Association, Delaney has worked with clients including house builders, utilities, energy providers and local authorities.

Delaney previously worked for Pannone LLP and Field Cunningham & Co in Manchester, as well as several local authorities including Rochdale and Bradford.
