Deerns makes senior Manchester hire

David Cunliffe, formerly of Foreman Roberts, has joined the Manchester office of consulting engineer Deerns as its new operations director.

Cunliffe is a chartered mechanical engineer with more than 40 years’ experience in building services, with extensive experience of project engineering and design team management.

At Foreman Roberts, one of Europe’s largest multidisciplinary firms, he worked at director level as the lead covering the healthcare, education and workplace sectors.
