Decorating retailer signs at Alliance’s trade park

Property Alliance Group, the Trafford-based developer, has secured a further tenant at its speculative Widnes Trade Park on Dennis Road.

Johnstone's Decorating Centre has let a 3,500 sq ft unit at a rent of £22,750 a year. The park already contains B&Q, Screwfix, Edmundson Electricals, Dulux Decorators Centre and Plumbing Trade Supplies.

The 50,000 sq ft site at the gateway to Widnes Waterfront Regeneration scheme has only two units of 6,000 sq ft and 14,000 sq ft remaining.
