Dechra signs up for new HQ at Admiral

Dechra Pharmaceuticals has signed a 10-year lease for a new 3,000 sq ft headquarters at Admiral Court on Cheshire Business Park, Northwich.

Admiral Court is the speculative office element of the park, which is being developed by Marshall CDP. Quoting rents are £14.50/sq ft.

Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of Marshall CDP.

Other Admiral Court occupiers include K&L Freight and CommsCare.

Jonathan Baucher, associate at Cushman & Wakefield, said: "Admiral Court continues to retain its position as the most popular business park in Cheshire with this first phase of the scheme now more than 70% let.

"The success of this scheme proves that the Cheshire market – one of the most sought after locations in the country – is strong and that there is a growing demand for office accommodation in the sub-10,000 sq ft sector."

Fifield Glyn is the appointed joint agent on Admiral Court.

DTZ acted on behalf of Dechra Pharmaceuticals.

Chris Lloyd, associate director at DTZ, said: "Admiral Court provided Dechra with the natural solution providing good access to their Stoke operation and proximity to Manchester Airport."
