Deals hat-trick reported at Willan
Northern Industrial has completed a trio of deals from one to three years at Willan Industrial Estate in Salford.
Two units totalling 3,000 sq ft were taken on a three-year lease by Piotr Felczak.
The second deal saw 2,000 sq ft let to Forshaw Fencing for a one-year term.
Finally, unit 13, totalling 1,250 sq ft, was let to Full Stretch Screens for a period of 18 months.
Willan Industrial Estate comprises 47 single-storey units ranging in size from 500 sq ft up to 2,500 sq ft.
Adam Stewart, industrial agent at LSH's Manchester office, advising Northern, said: "There is no doubt that we continue to operate in a challenging market. These three transactions prove that deals are taking place, provided the product is well suited to potential occupiers."
