Deals completed at St Helens industrial park

Letting agent Cushman & Wakefield has reported two new deals at Linkway Distribution Park in St Helens.

AJ Motors and soft drinks supplier, Benjamin Shaw, both agreed 12-month leases and are set to occupy 2,100 sq ft and 1,325 sq ft respectively. Quoting rents at the park are around £3.00/sq ft.

Linkway Distribution Park is owned by the Suttons Group. Occupiers at the scheme include Marstons and Norbert Dentressangle Logistics UK.
