Print and graphics supplier C3 Imaging has signed a 10-year lease to relocate its Liverpool operation from Duke Street to Century Building in Brunswick Business Park.
The firm took in excess of 6,000 sq ft of refurbished warehouse and office accommodation fronting Tower Street. The company had specific requirements for flexible open plan workspace suitable for a customer facing operation in a visible location.
Arcus Consulting LLP, chartered building surveyors, already located at Century Building, is expanding from its ground floor offices and signed a six-year lease to take newly refurbished offices of 4,000 sq ft on the first floor of Century Building in Suite 28.
Agents Mason Partners & CBRE acted for the landlord, North West Industrial Estates, in both transactions. Jon Swain of Mason Partners commented that these new deals demonstrate the flexibility and appeal of the accommodation at Century Building and are a further boost to occupancy levels.
