Deal secured at Regents Place
Acting on behalf of landlord Salf Investments, WHR Property Consultants has completed on a deal to let 22,780 sq ft at Regents Place in Salford to customer service outsourcer Convergys.
A three-year lease has been agreed at the Regents Court building, where quoting rents are £12.50 per sq ft. Along with its neighbour New Court, Regents Court makes up the 60,000 sq ft Regents Place scheme just off Regent Road.
Mark Cooke of WHR said: “This latest deal follows on from the letting at the adjacent building, New Court, where London Health and Wellness took part of the ground floor.
“Even though only one floor within the estate has been refurbished, we are continuing to attract interest from occupiers who are keen to take advantage of Salford Quays’ strategic location close to the motorways, Metrolink and city centre.”
