Deacon Park deal for Highcross

Highcross has let 9,300 sq ft at Deacon Park in Knowsley to Curve Ball Solutions, a telecoms and media company.

Curve Ball Solutions signed a six-year lease and is in the process of fitting out the unit prior to occupation.

Robert Diggle, agency partner at the ES Group's Liverpool office, advising Highcross, described its as a significant letting for the Merseyside out-of-town office market.

Dave Brown, managing director of Curve Ball Solutions, added: "We are pleased to be relocating to Deacon Park, the ample car parking and size of the office were huge attractions. The flexible lease will also allow us to grow our business over the coming years."

CBRE is joint agent with ES Group at Deacon Park. ES Group is the new name for the merged companies of Edward Symmons, Storeys and Aaron Fox.
