Davis and McGreavy join AA Projects
Two senior appointments have been made by management and property consultant AA Projects.
Tim McGreavy joins as a divisional director and Samantha Davis as an associate director.
McGreavy, a chartered surveyor, joins from Central Manchester NHS Trust.
He will develop AA Projects' health offer by establishing new services and products to the National Health Service and private sectors.
He is currently leading the AA Projects team on NHS Lanarkshire with the development of three new health centres procured on a Design Build Finance and Maintain contract.
Davis is a chartered surveyor with experience providing a range of strategic advice to clients within the public, commercial and private sectors.
She has previously worked on large property rationalisation projects within the public sector and served as lead consultant on many large profile projects and new builds.
She is developing property strategies for a number of further education colleges across the country.
AA Projects has offices in Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester and Newcastle upon Tyne.
