David Rowley joins TFC

Ex-Savills agent David Rowley has left PwC to become a partner at Ben Fallows' commercial agency in Manchester.

Fallows said: "TFC has been trading for over seven years and I believe the time has come to accelerate the growth of the business. I have been looking at a number of opportunities and with David I will have an experienced partner and the synergy to expand. TFC will continue to provide a first class service at a senior level and extend the scope of activity to incorporate more strategic partners in the near future."

Rowley has led agency teams at Savills and under the Birchfield Estates banner undertaken his own developments. He joins from PwC's turnaround and restructuring arm of the business working with banks and corporates.

Rowley said: "As a niche practice specialising in delivering a bespoke service to its clients across the UK we will be building on my restructuring expertise to provide full asset management solutions and turnaround advice to optimise returns for property owners and investors."

Fallows added: "This is an exciting new development for the company as we look forward to the coming year particularly as the market is gathering momentum."

TFC has offices in Hale and Centurion House in Manchester city centre.
