Date set for double size River Island opening
River Island is due to reopen its enlarged store in Liverpool city centre on 15 June, when it will become the retailer's biggest in the UK.
The three-floor Church Street store has gone from 12,388 sq ft to 23,463 sq ft and undergone an extensive refit led by main contractor Peninsula. Product on offer will include men's, women's and kid's fashion and accessories, plus an exclusive collection of brands.
To celebrate this month's re-launch ice cream trike riders will distribute complimentary ice creams along with a voucher to redeem in store, which will entitle the customer to a free gift with purchase. The event will also have hair and grooming by Electric Hair, exclusive dress giveaways for Lashes Of London and Lola Loves, music from DJ's Anton Powers and Liam Hincks plus a gift card give away for the first 100 customers. To celebrate kidswear there will be balloon twisting and a gift with purchase.
