Dance company signs up in Ardwick

In a deal brokered by Roger Hannah, Cloud Aerial Arts has taken 7,600 sq ft at Aldow Enterprise Park in Manchester on a five-year lease.

The company, which has studios in Ancoats, Stockport, and Burnley, offers classes including pole dancing, gymnastics, hula-hoop and other dance and fitness classes.

It has taken the 7,600 sq ft unit owned by private client David Seed, and joins other tenants at the business park off the Mancunian Way including Yes Electrical, Mr Clutch Autocentres, and M2M Marketing.

Cloud Aerial Arts is paying a lease of £6.50/sq ft for the space.

Julian Kenney-Levick, director at Roger Hannah, said: “We are pleased to welcome Cloud Aerial Arts to the estate who will offer the local and wider community a unique experience. The continued occupier interest in the area is testament to Manchester city centre’s appeal to a wide range of tenants.”
