D Morgan invests £1.1m in new equipment

Civil engineering and equipment hire company D Morgan has invested £1.1m in new excavators and plans to hire new staff.

The Ellesmere Port company has taken delivery of five additional 22 tonne earth-moving machines representing a £0.5m investment, with a further six excavators due to be delivered in August.

Managing director Denis Morgan said the new equipment is more fuel efficient and will enable D Morgan to offer better value for money.
