C&W names Bray as regional boss

Cushman & Wakefield has confirmed the appointment of Tony Bray as head of its Manchester office, responsible for the North West region.

Bray has effectively been heading the office since the departure of Paul Nichols in July 2007. Bray joined C&W as partner in charge of office agency in Manchester in November 2005. He was previously head of business space at Dunlop Haywards. C&W's regional teams operate on a service line basis and report into UK divisional heads.

The Manchester office recently relocated from the Pinnacle to Wrather's Zenith Building in Spring Gardens and employs 38 people, including ten partners. Recent appointments include Fiona Hobson as head of its newly created asset management department and Chris Jones as head of planning in Manchester.

Bray said: "Since the start of last year we have grown by more than 170%. We are continuing to go from strength to strength and look forward to another exciting year ahead."
