CushWake confirms Walsh to replace Bray

Cushman & Wakefield has formally appointed Mark Walsh as head of its Manchester office, replacing Tony Bray, who departed in November 2012.

Walsh joined C&W in 2005 from Dunlop Heywood as a partner. He heads up the occupier representation team.

Meanwhile, the Manchester office's property and asset management department has boosted its team following two new appointments; Tiffany Rushall joined from DTZ as a regional facilities manager and Greg Archer is leaving GVA to join as a senior surveyor.

Walsh added: "Since I first took over the management of the Manchester office in November we have boosted our team to 31 members of staff following five new appointments and will be continuing to add to our team in the coming months. Our turnover is steadily growing and we are confident that the next 12 months will prove to be very positive for our office."

Bray could not be reached by Place North West. His LinkedIn profile lists him as a self-employed property consultant.
