Cushmans appointed on Trinity’s first industrial project

The Manchester industrial team of Cushman & Wakefield has been instructed as the sole agent to market Trinity Developments (Trafford)'s first industrial scheme, the forthcoming Trinity Business Park in Trafford Park.

The speculative scheme will total 60,000 sq ft, with units from 3,500 sq ft available on both a freehold and leasehold basis.

Trinity Developments (Trafford) specialises in serviced offices. However, Trinity Business Park will comprise nine industrial units and the steelwork is being erected this month with the first ones due to be ready for occupation by February 2009.

Tristan Wooller, of Cushman & Wakefield, commented: "This is an exciting scheme located in the North West's premier industrial location. Trinity Developments has a successful track record in delivering commercial schemes and we anticipate significant interest in this speculative scheme. There are also design and build opportunities up to 30,000 sq ft available on the second phase."
