Cushmans adds to Manchester office team
Cushman & Wakefield has hired Toby Nield as an associate in its Manchester office, boosting its office agency team to five.
The real estate group has hired Nield from Edwards & Co, where he spent four years as an office agency associate. Prior to Edwards & Co, he worked at office agency P3.
In his new role, Nield will work with the existing team on office disposals and acquisitions across the North West. Alongside Nield, Cushman & Wakefield’s office agency team includes Rob Yates as partner and head of office agency; Rob Prescott as associate; Andrew Crabtree as surveyor; and Gillian Hares as senior lease analyst.
Yates said: “Toby is a great addition to our team and comes to us with a solid agency background and a wealth of experience.
“He will provide our clients with an excellent level of service and work ethic. His appointment underpins our strong position within the North West office market.”
The Manchester-based team completed 820,000 sq ft of transactions last year, including lettings at Two St Peter’s Square and Stockport Exchange.
