Cushman & Wakefield takes office agency team to seven
The firm has appointed Phil Meakin to join its office agency team in Manchester. Meakin spent two years in a client role at Orbit Developments after 18 years working for King Sturge, Dunlop Heywood and P3.
At Cushman & Wakefield, Meakin will work with the existing team on a range of disposals and acquisitions across the North West.
Rob Yates, head of office agency at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Phil is a great addition to our team and comes to us with a solid agency background and a wealth of experience. He will provide our clients with an excellent level of service and work ethic. This underpins our strong position within the North West office market. Additionally, the appointment of Daniel Campbell and Edward Blight as a graduate surveyors to our team illustrates our commitment to providing the highest quality advice and service to our clients whilst harnessing new talent.”
Cushman & Wakefield’s office agency team has seven members: Rob Yates, director, Jonathan Baucher, director, Phil Meakin, associate director, Rob Prescott senior surveyor, James Preston senior surveyor, Daniel Campbell, and Edward Blight, graduate surveyors.
All epidemic in my opinion – they will never replace the silver Wirral fox….
