Crisps supplier takes space at Heywood industrial park

P&H SweetsDirect has taken 4,287 sq ft unit three at Quorum Estates Quest Park Development on Moss Hall Road in Heywood, Bury.

The crisps and sweets supplier, which has a direct to door van sales operation, has agreed a new six-year lease at a rental of £25,000 per annum.

Dan Burn, at agents King Sturge, said: "The estate is now 50% full and we hope to continue in this vein to secure more deals for the scheme shortly."

Quorum Estates purchased the 4.4-acre former logistics and distribution site in January last year from Hanson Transport.

Quest Park comprises three buildings measuring 58,000 sq ft in total.

Nolan Redshaw are joint agents on the scheme.
