Cringle buys in Sale

WHR Property Consultants has disposed of Aura House on behalf of a private client for around £550,000.
Manchester-based developer Cringle Corporation acquired the 8,000 sq ft building on Dane Road off the A56.
The property comprises a two storey office building with two warehouse units to the rear.
Gary Chapman, associate partner of WHR, said: "This was an unusual property in terms of the mixture of office and industrial accommodation. We were pleased to have secured a good deal for our clients, in what were difficult market conditions."
The asking price was £550,000.
