Crewe Hall Farm offices 60% full

The Duchy of Lancaster has signed another tenant at the Crewe Hall Farm office conversion in Cheshire.

Joyce Montague Group, a facilities management specialist, has moved into a 1,200 sq ft office unit after relocating from Cambridge.

The company has signed a five-year lease at Crewe Hall Farm, which has been owned by The Duchy of Lancaster since 1936.

Chrissie Crossan, managing director of Joyce Montague, said: "For a long time, we were unsure whether we should keep the business in Cambridge or move it up to Cheshire. After viewing Crewe Hall Farm, we decided that relocating was the best option. The site offers us an exceptional standard of accommodation without the premium price tag associated with office space in the south. We were also impressed by the excellent parking facilities and access to major road and rail networks."

Nick Dart, surveyor of lands for The Duchy of Lancaster, added: "The fact that a business has chosen to relocate here from the South highlights the excellent response we've had to the site – 60% of the space has now been let."

Crewe Hall Farm totals 27,500 sq ft of office space and was converted by the Duchy in a joint venture with developer Maple Grove.

Lamonts Commercial and Knight Frank are the agents for the scheme.
