Credit firm takes space in Didsbury

Allied International Credit has taken the last remaining suite at Adamson House, The Towers Business Park, Didsbury.

AIC acquired 7,480 sq ft on the second floor at a rental of £15.95/sq ft. The firm said Didsbury appealed due to the availability of high quality accommodation, the access to a highly skilled workforce, proximity to the city centre and Manchester Airport.

The company has an existing base in Glasgow and is opening in Manchester for the first time.

Rob Yates, office agency director at DTZ, advising AIC, commented: "We strongly believe that if occupiers can relocate there may never be a better time than now. There is a healthy level of good quality stock and some keen deals available; once the levels of stock are reduced we anticipate quoting terms will harden".

WHR and GVA Grimley acted for landlord Wereldhave.
