Creative Lynx takes top floor of Bridge offices

Bridge Properties has agreed the first new letting at the refurbished 52 Princess Street in central Manchester. Design and communications agency Creative Lynx will occupy the 5,620 sq ft top floor of the Grade II-listed building.

The development comprises suites ranging from 500 sq ft to 6,755 sq ft designed by architects Buttress Fuller Alsop Williams and GA Studio. The building totals 36,000 sq ft with 20,000 sq ft available to let.

"Our ambition was to undertake a radical refurbishment of the building to restore it to its former glory and the results have exceeded all our expectations," Paul McCann of Bridge Properties, said. "Working closely with the architects we have transformed the Grade II listed building into a unique, design-led space, exposing all the hidden features that set this building apart from it's the competition. Our intention was that 52 Princess Street would attract creative businesses and with Creative Lynx taking the top floor our plans are coming to fruition."

Agents for the scheme are Matthews & Goodman and Canning O'Neill.
