Cousins offloads 14,000 sq ft warehouse

Cousins Furniture has sublet a 14,091 sq ft warehouse unit on Sharston Industrial Estate in Wythenshawe to Yusen Air & Sea on a 10-year lease.
Tristan Wooller of Cushman & Wakefield, advising Cousins, commented: "Coupled with the recent 7,246 sq ft letting we have just agreed at Trinity Business Park, it is clear that deals – particularly in the sub-15,000 sq ft market – are still being done even in this difficult market. This deal demonstrates the popularity of Sharston to occupiers and the importance of being close to Manchester Airport."
