Countess of Chester Hospital seeks architect services

Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is inviting expressions of interest from architectural firms to form part of a framework agreement.

The organisation has published a tender for a four-year framework worth £44,000 a year to the successful practice to undertake architectural services for the Trust as and when required.

Richard Burgess, from the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, explained: "The existing contract has expired so we are asking for expressions of interest on ad-hoc architect design work that we have available. There are a number of development projects in the pipeline including refurbishment of some of the theatres at the hospital."

The Countess of Chester Hospital is located on the outskirts of Chester and provides medical services to more than 400,000 patients a year, covering west Cheshire, Ellesmere Port, Neston and North Wales.

Deadline for those companies wishing to express an interest is Friday 11 June.
