Council renews valuers panel
Manchester City Council has named ten firms of surveyors on its valuation and property services framework.
The panel will last for four years and began formally on 17 July, according to the notice published today. The firms on the framework are:
- Mouchel, Rochdale
- DVS, Liverpool
- Roger Hannah & Co, Manchester
- Gerald Eve LLP, Manchester
- Drivers Jonas Deloitte, Manchester
- CB Richard Ellis, Manchester
- DTZ, Manchester
- GVA Grimley, Manchester
- Keppie Massie, Liverpool
- Lambert Smith Hampton, Manchester
As well as the council, the framework, which has no disclosed value, is open for use by other local and North West regional authorities and bodies including the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities, Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive and the North West Centre of Excellence.
The previous framework was much wider and covered regeneration alongside valuation and property services. Going forward there is the framework for valuation and property services and a separate regeneration framework which has not been announced yet.
