Costain to relocate to Aviator Way

Manchester-based engineering and construction group Costain has agreed a deal to lease 37,000 sq ft at 1500 Aviator Way at Manchester Business Park close to Manchester Airport.

Costain will relocate from Trident Business Park nearby, following the deal which is understood to have completed last week. The space at Aviator Way has been sublet by Hutchison 3G.

Aviator Way is owned by Goodman; Trident is owned by Scottish Widows Investment Partnership.

Canning O'Neill and Alder King advised Hutchison 3G. A spokesman for Costain confirmed the move.
