Corus has pre-let a 22,000 sq ft warehouse on a 10 year lease at the 76, 000 sq ft Easter Park scheme in Haydock, Liverpool, from Easter Group.
The steel producer and distributor is paying £5.25/sq ft.
Easter Park, due for completion in November, offers six buildings from 6,750 sq ft to 22,000 sq ft.
The £4.1m acquisition and development finance for the scheme was secured by Dunbar Bank.
