Contractors sought for £6m demolition framework

Liverpool City Council is seeking interest from companies wishing to provide demolition services valued at up to £6m across Merseyside.

Projects could include emergency demolition, housing development demolition, school investment demolition and working default demolition.

The contract could be used by Cheshire West & Chester, Wirral, Sefton, Knowsley, Halton and St Helens councils, and Merseytravel, when any existing arrangements come to an end. The contract may also be used by the Archdiocese of Liverpool.

Up to 20 contractors will be invited to tender or participate in the contract process, which is being managed via The Chest.
