Contract out for Mersey Care repairs

Mersey Care NHS Trust has launched the search for a contractor to provide property maintenance and repair services across its estate.

The contract has a value of between £15m and £24m.

Mersey Care provides specialist inpatient and community mental health, learning disability and substance misuse services for adults in Liverpool, Sefton and Kirkby.

The Trust operates from around 35 sites across the area.

Deadline for receipt of tenders is noon on the 3 February 2015.
